Account records include your User ID, email, mobile number, profile, referral relationships, ledger, and withdrawal requests. Passwords are stored only as hashes.

The same email may appear on more than one User ID. Signing in uses the User ID, so one email does not merge those accounts.

Server logs may store IP addresses and browser identifiers for security and audit events.
